Typographical
Errors
In
the event a product is listed at an incorrect price
due to typographical error or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, John M. Harris Co.
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
John M. Harris Co. shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is canceled, John M.
Harris Co. shall immediately issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of the incorrect
price. |

Acceptance Policy

receipt of an electronic or other form of order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance of
your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. John M. Harris Co. reserves
the right at any time after receipt of your order
to accept or decline your order for any reason.
John M. Harris Co. reserves the right at any time
after receipt of your order, without prior notice
to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered
of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (US)
must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method
of payment, as established by our credit and fraud
avoidance department. We may require additional
verifications or information before accepting any

Credit
Cards - We accept most major credit cards including,
American Express Visa, MasterCard, and Pay Pal.
There is no surcharge for using your credit card
to make purchases with John M. Harris Co.. Please
be sure to provide your exact billing address and
telephone number-the address and phone number your
credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect
information may cause a delay in processing your
order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment
of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks,
& Personal Checks - John M. Harris Co. accepts money
orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company
checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed
upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check.
For personal and company checks, please allow up
to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of
funds before the order is processed. John M. Harris
Co. cannot guarantee the availability of a product
by the time funds clear or payment is received.
We will charge a $50.00 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping
Policy
Pricing
for all items listed on this website do not include
standard delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
An exact charge will be quoted prior to shipping
for expedited requests. Keep in mind that we do
not charge sales tax for all shipments outside of
California. Expedited Delivery of Cremation Urns
is between $25 -$95 to most addresses. All delivery
charges are non-refundable. Our Customer Service
personnel are available to answer your questions
from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday except
for holidays. Messages left after hours will be
returned the next business day morning. Customer
Service can be reached at 877-723-5677.
You will be charged the delivery and return for
any shipment that is refused. John M. Harris Co.
does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All Shipments
are subject to stock availability. |

Sales
Tax
John
M. Harris Co. shall automatically charge and withhold
the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered
to addresses within the State of California. Current
Los Angeles County Sales Tax will apply. Each customer
shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes,
or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Cancellation
Policy
Orders
canceled after they are placed are subject to
a 25% cancellation charge, plus you will be charged
the full amount of all shipping charges. All Shipments
are subject to stock availability.
